I just wanted to take a moment and thank these folks specifically. I have lived at Wilshire Apartments for many years. When I found myself in a financial hardship ShaNae went above and beyond helping me with documents that I needed to submit so I could withdraw from my 401k. Alix helped me transfer to a one bedroom and was prompt in getting the transfer application sent over to me so I could move out of the town homes. I would also Like to thank Clint. He has went above and beyond and through his leadership he has created a strong maintenance team that is able to handle maintenance issues in a timely manner. This team has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place to call home.

The property is very well maintained and is in a beautiful location. The people managing this place are understanding, kind and accommodating. I really like it here.

I have lived here for years. I appreciate the Wilshire Place head of maintenance Clint very much. I respect him and his crew. They do a very good job and a timely job and the office staff also.

Excellent service

So far it’s been an amazing place to live at and we have everything we need! Alix and Alisha have been so incredibly kind even when we were experiencing some issues with our neighbors. Overall this is an amazing place to live.
