I am really impressed with the maintenance at Wilshire Place. Derek S. is so helpful and responds right away. The service is by far superior to other apartment complexes I have encountered.

Review for Derek
I’d just like give a shoutout to Derek in maintenance. He is very good at his job. He seems to always have a good attitude. If you need to get something fixed he’s right there gets it done. We’ve lived in other complexes and they act as if they’re put out because they have to do their job. Not here. Derek is just a good guy. He even came out on a weekend and he didn’t act like it was an inconvenience. Just did his job and was nice about it. I just thought you guys should know.

Absolutely love it here, the leasing office is all so friendly and nice, they do really cool and fun things for the community like food truck Thursdays and overall it's a great place to live

Wilshire is a lovely place and it’s a beautiful community. The office ladies are so good to work with and they know their stuff. Very transparent and helpful with everything. Our two bedroom is HUGE and we are happy to have found this awesome apartment.

This place is awesome. Staff is amazing, especially maintenance. When I have an issue it is addressed immediately. The complex is quiet, but lively. The pool is always clean and staff is often seen walking the property, picking up anything that does not belong. I recommend this place. Staff is awesome, Alix in the front is so kind. Outside of her, maintenance is the next amazing thing. Good people that go the extra mile/

I just wanted to give a kudos to Kyle in the maintenance department. He was working on a clog in my sink and organized all the stuff under the sink for me when he put it back. It’s a small gesture, but it’s the little things that matter. Thank you!

I really like this apartment complex so far. We ran into an issue before moving in with the apartment we had singed for and management went above and beyond to really help resolve the issue as best they could and we were extremely grateful. This property is also very communicative as well. I love how close it is to literally and everything shopping wise you might want.

We've lived here 2 years and about to sign for a 3rd. Yall are attentive and helpful. I appreciate that I can call and someone is here same day to help when I need it.
