The units are nice inside and well maintained, the staff is responsive and politely asks permission before entering. The balcony railings are grids that aren't big enough for a pet to wiggle through. Only downside is it is pretty far out west but with the population continuing to grow that's not avoidable.

Staff is great, ladies in the front office are friendly & professional. The maintenance man Ty is awesome, very polite & overall just a nice guy that’s great to work with, & he always makes sure his residents are taken care of. There’s also another maintenance man by the name of Kyle that is always out keeping up the property & I really respect how serious they take their positions. Overall it’s a nice place with people that care about your stay.

I have absolutely LOVED living here. I just re-signed my lease to live here for a second year and will likely sign again next year! They sent someone out to install a ceiling fan in my master bedroom as a thank you for re-signing! They really appreciate their residents and make sure they are doing all they can to make everyone happy. The office and maintenance staff is amazing! I have rented from several places over the years and have always felt like a burden when I call to have something fixed and oftentimes, it took several days for them to address my concerns. When I call the office staff at Wilshire Place Apartments, particularly Alix, they seem genuinely concerned about my concerns and are quick to send a request to maintenance and have someone come out within a few hours to address the issue. The best maintenance person I have encountered here is Ty! He is very friendly and personable and is very quick to arrive to my place and address my concerns. He seems very knowledgeable and I have yet to call about an issue that he can't fix. Ty and Alix are a BIG part of why I continue to enjoy living here and will recommend Wilshire Place Apartments to everyone!

Visited my friend. Great place to live. Looks nice inside. Not sure if price is right or not. Cannot figure out why more money for carport parking. Might as well charge for the pool, or use of sidewalk. My place has covered parking swimming pool and playground with picnic area no charge.

Wilshire Place is an excellent place to live. I was there for two years, and only moved out because my roommate had decided to move back home. It’s in a nice part of town, close to grocery stores, and the staff is very friendly. Also, getting your packages delivered into the Amazon mail boxes is definitely nice. The only downsides about the apartment are that it is a long drive to other places in the Salt Lake area, the walls are a little thin compared to what I expected, and the parking can be sparse. But I still give Wilshire my utmost recommendation.

Staff went above and beyond with my familk to help us get approved. Very friendly nice kept community and I love the peace and quiet out this way.
