Awesome place to live. Quiet neighborhood and great amenities. The staff is awesome and quick to respond to maintenance or any other issues

I have been living here for almost 2 years, and the experience has been great so far! The apartments are modern and nice. We love using the park, swimming pool, and fitness room! To top it off, there are always fun activities planned for us residents, and it’s so awesome to see how much they care! I’ve had a couple bumps with not-so-nice neighbors, but you get those anywhere. So, I definitely recommend Wilshire Place Apartments!

We have absolutely loved living here for the past 5 years!! The office has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The maintenance team is team is very nice, and they make sure to fix any issues we have. The facilities (gym and Pool) are always clean, and well maintained. The gym specifically has great equipment that I have enjoyed using. Additionally, my dog loves the onsite dog park. We just moved from an apartment to a townhouse, and the transition was very easy and smooth thanks to the hardwork of the front office and maintenance staff. We have loved calling this complex home.

I love Wilshire and Alex! They are always so helpful especially in difficult situations. The office staff is always there to be helpful with anything you need no matter how silly. The maintenance staff is also great and always get things done efficiently. Just recently I was in a tough situation where I needed to move from one apartment to another and they made it seamless. My only complaint would be the cars bumping their music late at night and the kids who make it hard to drive on the streets.

Maintenance staff is very professional and prompt. Clint is very friendly and took care of everything!

I have now been here almost a month. Maintenance has been fantastic. Clint was great with my little mini-chihuahua, making sure not to frighten her. Everyone here are so nice and caring. I am disabled and even a neighbor has offered to help me if I ever need help. With Rheumatoid Arthritis, I can have good days and bad days, never knowing when it will hit me and put me in bed. So having such wonderful and caring people around has been a god's send.

I like Wilshire place because the staff are very nice..also including the maintenance staff ..they also worked with you in terms of your rent especially...
