Quiet safe place to live. Lots of kids and families. I have a row end townhome and it's nice to have a fenced in back yard during the warmer months.

Management is nice, we love Alix. Maintenance have been prompt and efficient, not that we needed them often. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but all in all this is second time moving back, and with the exception of covid19, it has been a cozy, and peaceful place to call home.

I have lived at the Wilshire apartments for just over 4 years, I have had a great experience with the staff in the office (especially Alix) and also with any maintenance that’s ever needed, they take care of it quickly.

We have lived at Wilshire for 4 years and have zero plans to move anywhere else! Hands down the best management at an apartment complex! I highly recommend Wilshire Place to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming community where you feel like you're coming home instead of to someone else's house.

Love this Place
We have lived here 2 years and are so glad we found this place. Spacious comfortable apartment, great support and maintenance staff, and very quiet location. Such a great place to live!

I LOVE this place. The staff are incredibly helpful and always make me feel that I matter. I love the area and the price point for the apartment is reasonable. Everyone is nice and love the food trucks on Thurs. I get to explore new foods in my neighborhood.
