We have lived here for 3 months and love it! The office staff was very organized and on top of things! They are very nice and considerate! The maintenance is quick and nice! We live in one of their townhouses and it was clean and well taken care of when we came to look at it! The grounds are nice and it's a little out of the way but not too far from Jordan Landing shopping!(about 15min) Great area!

I have lived here for a year and a half and I have never had a problem. The office staff are amazing. They always have answers to questions I have they go above and beyond. The answer Maintenance guys are super nice and they are always on top of fixing stuff I have never had to wait. I have recommended to a few friends moving to come look here. I have kids and am never scared to let them out to play. It a peaceful safe community.

Me and my husband moved exactly 1 year ago and we love love this place. It do calme and very great community to live and the view of the mountains ððð. I would not change anything about this place. And one more thing the managers are so helpful nice and willing to work with you. Thank you guys and Wilshire place you are the best
me and my wife have lived here for a three years and alix and Tiffany the office staff are great easy to talk to and they are very helpful if you need something . plus neighbors are all nice and the apartments are nice couldnt ask for a better place to live .

I have been living here for almost 2 years, and the experience has been great so far! The apartments are modern and nice. We love using the park, swimming pool, and fitness room! To top it off, there are always fun activities planned for us residents, and itâs so awesome to see how much they care! Iâve had a couple bumps with not-so-nice neighbors, but you get those anywhere. So, I definitely recommend Wilshire Place Apartments!
